Welcome to our Guided Book Study of Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself. We will go beyond simply reading the book and instead take a deep dive into the concepts and ideas presented. 

This transformative book offers a new perspective on how to create a life of fulfillment and purpose by breaking free from negative patterns of thought and behavior. And we won't just be reading the book. 

We'll be integrating HeartMath tools and techniques 
 to help fully embody and apply the book's principles to our daily lives.

Here's what you can expect from our Guided Book Study:

Weekly Online Sessions

Every Thursday 8pm-9:30pm EST there will be a weekly online session where we'll discuss the book's key concepts. 

These sessions will provide an opportunity to connect with other participants and deepen our understanding of the material.


HeartMath Techniques

We'll integrate HeartMath tools and techniques which Dr. Joe Dispenza has referenced in his teaching.

These tools will help you further to  regulate your emotions, reduce stress, and build resilience.  In other words to help you make real daily lasting change.


Support and Accountability

We understand that creating lasting change requires support and accountability, and our guided book study is designed to provide just that. 

You'll receive support and regular check-ins to help you stay on track and make progress working through the book.



Engaging Activities

In addition to our online sessions, we'll provide engaging activities to help you fully embody and integrate the book's concepts. 

These activities include meditation exercises, journaling prompts, and other techniques that will help you to transform your life.

LuAnn Maanum

Dr Lu Ann Maanum holds a Doctorate of Divinity.  She invites you to join her in learning the science followed by developing a tool box manifesting desires via Dr. Joe Dispensa's book Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself.  She specializes in Part 3, " Stepping Toward Your New Destiny."  This spring and summer schedule will be her sixth class she will be guiding a group through what she calls "Your New Day Job.".  
 
Dr LuAnn works on being the living example of everything she teaches. She also appreciates family, friends, beautiful food , gardening, and being around "creative" people. What's in it for you?  What do you want and why do you want it?  The big questions that can be so hard to Break the Habit of Being Yourself!

Angela Orr

Angela Orr, RPh is a Stress and Health Management Coach. She is a certified HeartMath practitioner, certified Stress and Well Being Assessment provider, Executive coach, certified EFT/TFT practitioner, Psych K facilitator, and  pharmacist of 38 years. 

She decided to go on a healing journey after a breast cancer diagnosis and realizing stress was killing her.  On this journey she explored modalities around physical and mental health. Angela found several that she believes helped to save her life.

Angela then courageously sold her pharmacies and pivoted into coaching and mentoring to share her knowledge. Her specialty is using the HeartMath techniques and technology and Psych K facilitation.
